Return Policy
Limited edition and personalized merchandise are final sales. No refunds or exchanges. Defective items will be replaced if the same item or a comparable item is still available. In such case the item cannot be replaced, the customer will have the option of a store credit or full refund minus shipping charges. Customer must notify seller within five business days upon delivery to submit a request for a refund or exchange. The customer has thirty days to return defective items.

Digital downloads are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
